Forwarding email invitations

Hi

i read online that in Windows outlook that if you forward an email invitation to another colleague (not invited) the organiser will be able to see that you forwarded and possibly even see the comments made by you.

I Have done so on the apple email app and now worry that the organiser can see this. Can anyone please confirm if this is true or not?
